Barber and Barbershop Owners.

The very first thing I used to do with my clients who I’ve helped generate £5m quid in the last 4 years was EXACTLY THE SAME… EVERYTIME.

Every client I worked with had great haircuts, great skills but a s**t profile.

An un-optimised profile will do wonders for your discovery game in your local area and could literally be an upper edge against the others in your local area.

STOP MOANING LIKE BITCH THAT THERE ARE TOO MANY BARBERS IN YOUR LOCAL AREA AND JUS BE BTTER, OFFER MORE VALUE AND GIVE BACK TO THE COMMUNITY.

To do all of that and have it work effectively for you - you need to have a decent profile so I’m giving 80% off my Barber Life OS profile optimiser.

Check out this cool tool I’ve built and book more clients or get your money back.

DM me PROFILE and I’ll send you the profile link to the page to check it out.

If I’m asking my barbers to get out and grow their client base I’m doing it myself first.

Hitting the streets in Prague today. Flyers in hand.

Most barbershop owners sit behind the chair waiting for clients to find them. The ones who grow fast go and find the clients.

DM me OWNER if you want to know how I run a barbershop that works without me doing everything.

Some mornings I’m building AI systems for businesses.

Others I’m up at 6:30am sewing a magician’s cape for my son before school.

Same man. Same standard.

People like to separate “business” and “life” as if they’re two different things.
They’re not.

How you show up in one is exactly how you show up in the other.

Patience.
Attention to detail.
Finishing what you start—even when it’s inconvenient.

My son doesn’t care about systems, revenue or scale.
He cares that I showed up and got it done.

And that’s the point.

Discipline isn’t situational.
Standards aren’t negotiable.

You either build the habit of executing—
or you don’t.

In business.
In fatherhood.
In everything.

DM “OWNER” if you want systems in your business that actually run—so you’ve got time for what matters.

Most shops don’t struggle with ideas.
They struggle with consistency.

Content gets created.
Then nothing happens with it.

So we built a system that removes the gap between filming and posting.

Inside Barberlife OS:

– Your team uploads content to one folder
– The agent reviews it and understands context
– Captions, hashtags and alt text are generated
– Posts are scheduled at your preferred times
– You approve everything in one click

Upload once → your content runs daily without chasing anyone.

No missed posts.
No reliance on outside agencies.
No guessing what works.

This is the same infrastructure behind multiple high-performing shops, now packaged into one system that plugs into any booking software.

If you want it inside your shop,
DM “OWNER”.

Only onboarding 3 shop owners before public release.

Most barbershops don’t have a marketing problem.
They have an ex*****on problem.

Content gets filmed.
Then it sits on phones.
Nothing gets posted.
No consistency.
No system.

So they hire “help” and still get average results.

This fixes that.

We built an AI agent inside Barberlife OS that turns raw content into a full publishing system:

– Team uploads to one folder
– AI edits and prepares content
– Captions, hashtags, alt text, location all handled
– Posts scheduled at the right times automatically

Upload once → run content for weeks.

No chasing barbers.
No guessing what to post.
No relying on agencies who don’t understand your shop.

This is what control looks like.

If you want this running inside your shop,
DM me “OWNER”.

The barber industry is full of s**t.

Same regurgitated advice. Same fake “coaches.” Same self-proclaimed experts who’ve never built a real business in their life.

Most of them bought a camera, learned how to make stupid skit videos, and now act like they’re teaching something meaningful. Half of them look more like failed actors auditioning for EastEnders than people who’ve actually run a barbershop.

They sell you knowledge they know f**k all about.
Then they resell information they bought from someone else.
Then they tell you to implement things they couldn’t make work themselves.

That’s the truth.

With me, it used to be simple:
do the work, follow the system, get the result.

That came from 25 years in the game, 14 shops, and seeing this industry properly across different levels and different countries.

Then I learned something most people don’t want to admit:

A lot of barbers are lazy, ego-driven, unreliable, corner-cutting bastards.

They want the result without the discipline.
They want growth without structure.
They want more money without becoming someone who can actually hold a standard.

So I adapted.

Now I’ve made it even easier.

If you want to make serious money and stop running your business like a disorganised mess, I’m installing AI tools and systems that do a huge part of the heavy lifting for you.

Less excuses.
Less chaos.
More structure.
More money.

DM me the word AI or OWNER and I’ll show you what we’re building.

Most barbers don’t have a client problem.
They have a systems problem.

Missed calls. Weak follow-up. No-shows. Staff drifting. Money leaking in places they don’t track.

The Barber Life OS is built to fix that.

More control.
Better follow-up.
Stronger performance.
A shop that runs properly.

If you’re serious about building a real barber business, not just staying busy behind the chair, this is for you.

DM “OS” and I’ll point you in the right direction.

Are you implementing AI into you business? 🤖

The Truth HURTS. Good…

Most barbershop owners post the busy days, hide the dead ones, then call it “growth.”

People explicitly need to wake up and stop bulls**tting themselves when they are making less money then the barbers in their team.

Empty chairs. Dead Mon–Thu. Staff headaches. Owner trapped.

Sound familiar to you?

The fix is so simple - but the fear of working hard for us is stopping you because you’re missing infrastructure.

If you want the install, DM OWNER. 🤝

RESULTS TALK. I DON’T.

If you’re a UK or US barbershop owner with empty chairs, under booked staff and still take home less than they do...

DM OWNER.
I’ll send you the system they installed.

8 years in this shop and trips to Prague.

Slide 14 is the last time all three of my boys will stand in it before we move premises.

If you run a business, you know the exact cost of those 8 years. It’s paid in time.

You spend your life building something so you can eventually buy back the hours to actually live it.

This week was the proof of that leverage.

Having all three boys together in Prague.

Watching Reg and Jr cook their own breakfast.

Coffee and birthday steaks with Charlie now that he’s 18.

Arcades, football with Uncle Kyle, and closing it out at the ice rink.

The business doesn’t matter if it traps you behind the chair.

You build the infrastructure so you don’t have to miss this.

Even at 18, the tradition stays - putting them to bed and blowing the lights out on our last night.

The goodbyes at the airport never get easier.

But the new shop is coming.

The next chapter is built.

Everything is for this. ❤️
