We are so excited to finally be able to get back to providing our corporate massages. At a time when our clients have needed us the most its been frustrating to have to stand on the sidelines. Now we've been cleared to work we can get back to providing help and support to our clients and their employees. We're not underestimating the massive challenge ahead, months of lockdown and working from home have taken their toll. There has been a huge spike in mental health and muscular skeletal problems for returning employees, so now more than ever its time for companies to step up and invest in their wellbeing.

Blue Monday ...The Challenge!

Today is designated Blue Monday, supposedly the most depressing day of the year due to the post New Year slump, short days, winter weather and the Christmas credit card bills turning up! .The reality is however that for many workplaces across the country the 'colour' employees feel in work today or any other day is set more by the company’s culture and environment than external influences. The good news is that it can be changed, so we’re setting a challenge for you.
