What advice would you give to young Women reading this? •
•
That they can be as dynamic as they desire to be. This goes for the non young people too. One of the things I’m personally interested in is helping Black Women, particularly, explore their possibilities and step into their best selves. That, no matter where they come from, how early or late they start something, that there’s always time. There's always time to become your best self. And that they can do it. Actually, they need to do it. Social media, peer comparison, internal feelings, family and such things can sometimes make people compare themselves with others and feel insecure about their goals and dreams or that they can't be as great. •

To that I say, “YOU GOT THE JUICE! ” It’s never too late. Your past experiences are what prepared you and got you to this moment and the perspective that you have is valid. Somewhere there is somebody that needs to hear from you, at this moment. Don’t think that you’re too anything - late, early, ambitious, which may cause you to under estimate your dreams. If it’s genuine and coming from the heart, You Can Do It. •

What drives you apart from Project Management?

Art. I have a love and appreciation of art. I recently started an art investment collective amongst a few friends where we aim to purchase pieces of contemporary African art. We recently completed our first purchase and I’m on the hunt for our next piece. The collective’s vision is still in our embryonic stage but it gives me the opportunity to delve deeper into the creative side of myself.
