I have been around and served in many capacities in organisations being a /Follower of Christ for over 28 years, 25 of which have been in the UK having from the beautiful island of .

The capacities I served in were all on a basis which varied from being the Treasurer, Accountant and Events Planner for over 15 years in one to being the Executive Assistant to the in another church so I have first hand experience, knowledge and exposure of all types of that churches engage in, in order to raise funds to , impact, promote, grow and to better serve and support the in which they operate in and enjoy being a part of.

Our (NPO PROGRAM) help to bridge the gap and provide a vehicle or which can be used to help with for your not-for-profit. The additional funds raised through this program can help towards so many community initiatives that I know churches engage in to fulfil their charitable objectives.

HOW TO RETAIN THE TRUST & CONFIDENCE OF YOUR DONORS

1) Use Credible and Cost-Effective Ways to Fundraise
As businesses have learned the hard way, customer service is king, and a good reputation is mandatory to even be in the game.

2) Be Accountable
Keep your financial house in order and make sure that most of your donor funds go right into programs that they are earmarked for by keeping your overhead expenses reasonable.

3) Make Donors and Volunteers Your Most Important Audience

4) Respond Quickly to Questions and Complaints
If you invite people to contact you through your website, have a staff member assigned to respond immediately.

5) Publish an Annual Report
Be transparent by making your financial information available on your website, in your publications and filed with the relevant regularity governing bodies on time. It is also necessary for your professional image and provides another avenue to keep your donors informed.

Charities in the UK
All charities with an annual income above £ 5,000 are required by law to register with the Charity Commission in the UK.
Every charity, even if it is not required to register with the Charity Commission, must keep accounting records (these records include cash books, receipts, records of grants, etc.

Charities & Nonprofits in the USA
Generally, tax-exempt organizations must file an annual information return (Form 990 or Form 990-EZ).

6) Keep Your Paperwork Up-to-Date
Make sure that all of your paperwork is up-to-date.

7) Make Someone Responsible for Thanking Donors and Keeping Them Happy
It is not enough to just send out an acknowledgment of each donation. Donors must be well informed and frequently reminded that they are essential to you.
