At The Light Salon, self care is something at the very core of our belief system, but we don't see it as another to-do list item, or a current trend.
Self care needs to be woven into how we treat ourselves both externally and the conversations that are going on deep within.
We very much believe that self-care is a state of putting yourself forward, in order to nurture the health of your mind, body, and soul.
As the famous Chinese Proverb says-
“An empty well gives no water”
When we take time to re-energise ourselves, even if it’s just for 10 minutes each day, we have so much more to give to ourselves and to share with those around us 🙏🏼
