Loving my new book, woke up around 4.30am couldn't get back to sleep so decided to start reading. Couldn't put it down until Savanna woke up at 6.00am. # # #

7-day shake challenge - who is up for it?

The challenge is to swap 2 meals a day for a shake over 7 consecutive days. The shakes are nutritionally balanced and can be made with water, skimmed milk or a non-dairy alternative if being used as part of a calorie controlled diet. Choose from chocolate or vanilla (vanilla is my favourite). I can provide you with several recipe ideas so you don't get bored with the same shake. If you have some shake left over at the end, there are also some great ideas for sweet treats.

The shakes:
- contain 24g of protein in every serving;
- are nutritionally balanced, 1 shake contains 50% of your recommended daily allowance of vitamins and minerals;
- are perfect for busy lifestyles. They are quick and easy to make and can be frozen in ice cube trays for a snack; and
- contain 18 amino acids

Good morning x I am on day 5 of my C9 and feeling great. I felt a little tired yesterday but I went for an intensive gym session, think I slightly over did it :) Some people have asked what the shakes are like and gel and want to make a little change but not ready to jump into the C9 so what about a 7 day shake challenge? It is a one off payment of £19 and replaces breakfast and lunch :) full details to follow. Xx

Nearly the end of day 2 on our C9 and planning our meal for tomorrow. Easy curried Fish Stew from Everyday super food by Jamie Oliver. I cannot wait, I feel like a little child and it is Christmas tomorrow :) xx

Our C9 is on its way. Due to selling our place we have overindulged this past few months with takeaways, pub dinners and quick convince foods. (Selling a place which has to be kept spotless with a 21 month wanting to play with everything is not easy) Time to kick my big but back to my happier healthy ways. Xx
