I’m so looking forward to sharing this special practice with you at the beautiful Monkton Nature Reserve.

Surrounded by wildlife and peaceful nature trails, we will gather in the light-filled dome , a space full of natural energy and tranquility.

Experience the powerful fusion of Kriya breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sound healing, all centred on the Seven Chakras. These practices work together to restore harmony, awaken energy, and create deep inner balance. My unique style of teaching offers a welcoming and transformative experience, suitable for everyone.

After our practice, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the surroundings. There is a lovely cabin café on site, and you’ll have time to explore the nature reserve, walk the trails, and simply soak up the beauty of this magical place.
