As much as I genuinely love my job, taking time off and closing my diary for a few days here and there has become non-negotiable. I’ve realised I can’t pour from an empty cup, and the version of me that comes back is calmer, more creative, and far more present—for myself and for my clients. Somewhere in the middle of my burnout I also had an epiphany that life is actually for LIVING! Funny that..
