Hey, did I scare you? Today, I decided to do a pamper night. I have been getting flare-ups lately due to stress. The best way to solve my skin is a diy turmeric face mask. It gives the best glow and is anti-inflammatory. Just a nice oil or water and mix turmeric into a paste and apply.

It's been a minute since I last posted. Sorry for abandoning, I have had to deal with a ruptured acl which has been making it difficult to work, but I am pushing on and hope to be back on the socials including tiktok. Will be posting so skincare myths and tips so join me there.

You don't know how much you can love an animal until you have one.
Rasscal is his name, he is not as emotionally connected as our other two dogs that passed last year Éire and Soots 😢. But as soon as you have that ball it's game over lol. That's him waiting for me to throw the ball, but I though I would stop and do a selfie first.
Ps, this is before the sun went down and has now turned into a windy wet bank hols.

I need to step back and appreciate how far I have come. Never did I think I would now have my own warehouse (which I am calling The Nourish Lab) where I can get creative and and make more products for everyone.
I am not saying I am there, I still have a long way to go. There have been setbacks, especially with my delayed website which I am yet to launch. But I thank everyone who has supported me to get here. Its tough but I am loving every moment.
