GLUTEN FREE BRUNCH IN LONDON ❤️🇬🇧🥣

It’s a little tough to find celiac safe brunch spots in London but I REALLY enjoyed visiting in Paddington/Notting Hill area.

✅ All of their oats for the porridge bowls are certified gluten free (except the strawberry oat milk used in a seasonal drink - avoid that!).

✅ The pancakes are also gluten free, so none of the usual worries about potential cross contact with the griddle!

❎ Obviously avoid if you are a celiac who cross reacts to oats! But again, these oats are certified GF so they are suitable for celiacs who don’t cross react to avenin.

✅ Overall a great location and really fun brunch with my pal who was visiting London from Michigan for 26 hours 👸🏻 🙇🏻‍♀️ Highly recommend!

Let me know if you’ve been to Oatis or have any brunch recs in London!!

Lille dump 📸🇫🇷🍷🫶

Had such a lovely weekend exploring Lille… it’s only 1.5 hours from London on so who was I to say no to a sale?!

My expectations were low tbh (especially on the gluten free front) and it most definitely surpassed. Will share some gluten free posts this week to help you all plan your trips, but couldn’t resist a quick photo dump!!

Lmk if you have any questions about Lille! ❤️

FEBRUARY RECAP 💌

Such a fun month at home in London with sooo many good gluten free eats, I barely touched on them here! Have some exciting content coming up with more details on a few of these, too 💚

For those of you who are long-time blog readers, you know I spent yeeeeears sharing monthly recaps on the blog! I’m hoping to swap that over to Instagram and (hopefully) get my email newsletter up and running again. I’ve missed doing these!

Let me know what you guys got up to in Feb & if you have any exciting plans for March!! Personally I’m off to France for a quick weekend which I’m excited about 😊

🚨 NEW gluten free items on the menu at London’s fave celiac friendly Korean spot!!! 🇰🇷🥢🇬🇧

Ok have we all heard about by now?! One of my fave spots in London point blank, but also the best place to get Korean food BY FAR!

They’re so dedicated to the gluten free cause ❤️ always experimenting with new recipes and doing the utmost to prevent cross contact.

I tried some of their newest items last night and loved them all! But the Hana sticky chicken with rice cakes……. Guys….. run don’t walk 🫣 I think it’s beaten the yang yeum chicken for my #1 spot. SO GOOD.

They’re also working on a recipe for gluten free kimchi pancakes! It’s not quite ready yet but stay tuned because they’ll launch it soon.

Let me know what you think & if you’ve eaten here before!!!

PS: with everything going on in the world, it’s more important now than ever to support small, family-run businesses instead of corporations or big franchise establishments, IMO. It’s a small thing we can do, when everything in the news cycle feels so distressing and insurmountable! Hana Korean is family-run and has been here for 13 years; let’s help them feed us amazing GF food for many more years! Ted talk over 😊

GLUTEN FREE LONDON EATS!! (Recently) 🇬🇧 🍔 🍰

Looong overdue for one of these, so enjoy this photo dump of some of my favorite meals out in December + Jan! All restaurants are tagged!

🚨 For anyone new here, I’m v sensitive to gluten so all my recommendations are always celiac safe. I always ask about shared fryers, grills, separate utensils etc etc!! You can trust meeee

😎PR: I visited and as PR invites! Also invited who invited me 😂 so that’s a disclaimer too. All the other meals I paid for myself 💷 but you guys know I only share my honest opinions anyway!

Let me know if you have any questions OR recommendations for places I should check out next??!

GLUTEN FREE WINTER WEEKEND 📍 SOUTHWEST LONDON 🇬🇧🫶

Here’s how I spent my weekend and how you can too!

This was such a cute weekend filled with some incredible GF food in Richmond & Kew, and at our little flat too! 🏡

I’m really loving this area of London and feel grateful to live here (we moved in May but it was suuuch a busy summer/fall that I feel like I’m only now really getting to know it!).

PS One note is that isn’t at every weekend!! In fact they’re taking break after this past weekend as they find their new kitchen space (donate to their fundraiser to help!). But stay tuned on their social media for dates & def plan your visit for then. Their gluten free pastries & bagels & focaccia are THE BEST!

Anywhere I missed?!

PSA there are gluten free waffles at ‼️ 🎄 🧇

If you have tickets to Christmas at Kew, you’ll find near the end of the light trail in the area. They’re 100% GF and so so good!

And yes and I were strongly motivated by the potential of GF waffles when booking our tickets 😆

There aren’t many tickets left, but you can still snag some weekday and later time tickets - we only booked ours this week!
