I’ve got new teeth!

Went to see a while ago and she told me I’d ground down my front teeth so much that they were worn into the dentine. I was becoming vulnerable to actually loosing them.

Over an 8-hour operation then a 4-hour fixing process two weeks later, Rhona, and her mentor Dr Ash Parmar, added nearly 4mm to my bite with veneers, which in mouth-terms is a huge change.

I’m really happy with the results as I was becoming really self conscious about smiling (and could no longer eat pizza because the gap was too big!).

If you grind your teeth, and your dentist mentions a night guard please get one. Don’t leave it as I did - you can actually loose your teeth, even if your dental hygiene is really good.
