We are back and boy are we happy about it!!!

We at Reflections are extremely happy to announce that we are now taking bookings. Although it’s not been confirmed we are very much hoping to be opening our doors again on Saturday 4th July... This has been a very challenging time for us all and we are so looking forward to welcoming you back in. For bookings please contact your stylist as we are now operating a waiting list and will contact you from this list in order of cancellation to try and be as fair as we possibly can. We want to thank you and say how much we appreciate your patience, loyalty and understanding in this time. We would also like to reassure you that we will be taking measures to ensure the safety and well-being of both our team and you , our valued clients. We would like to let you know that there will be a strict policy of one client at a time per stylist and ask that you attend your appointment alone unless bringing in a child from the same household. We also would like to ask that all clients wear a mask for the duration of their appointment. Upon arrival we would ask that your hands are sanitised using the available sanitiser which we will provide. We would also like to reassure you that we will be allowing longer appointment times to allow for sterilisation of the work area between every client. We also politely will be asking that you come for the appointment time and no earlier as we will not be operating a waiting area to limit the numbers of people at any one time in the salon . Sadly for a while we also won’t be providing refreshments or magazines for everyone’s protection but feel free to bring in your own... We would also like to ask that payment be cashless for the near future where possible .. One more very important thing, if you feel at all unwell or have any symptoms of Covid 19 we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment as we won’t be able to do your hair. We will be acting with the same diligence and if neccesary will cancel if we are unwell....Thank you for your support and understanding and we absolutely cannot wait to see you all again!!
