Holistic therapies, pre & post natal massage and doula services - supporting you to birth and beyond.

The bubba in this bump turns 17 today, and yet I can remember this day like it was yesterday! My lovely pal & doula took this pic mid surge - and having waited an extra two weeks to meet her I was SO excited!š„°
She was born (TOO many hours later) with such wide open eyes - and started giving us knowing side eye (like the second pic) from day 2!
Happy Birthday Ella Bella - thank you for being you, and making us parents all those years ago - still the best thing weāve ever done having you and your sis. We love you loads. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

You are all brilliant!
A huge heartfelt THANK YOU to everybody who donated to my birthday fundraiser - we did it! We raised £500 for the amazing
Hereās to a time when womenās health and postnatal support services are brilliantly funded and plentiful (one day, please, one day let this be true) but until then they really do need our support!

Whoop! Getting there - thank you for your donations so far! Can you help me get to Ā£500?š„°
If you know me, you know Iām passionate about supporting pre and postnatal mamas and birthing folk - I do my bit in my little studio in Brighton - but are an organisation who work with many many new mums, holding space and easing the huge transition into first and second time motherhood.
Trouble is they need more funding, to run more classes, because at the moment they canāt meet demand. I have seen first hand with many of my clients what a difference this group makes, and it makes me sad that yet again lack of proper funding is slowing down the support that all mums need and deserve.
Soā¦.itās my 45th birthday on Tuesday 29th November, and I wondered if I may be so bold as to ask anyone who I have ever helped feel a little better with my massage work or supported online or in person pre or postnatally - to donate the price of a birthday tipple to my go fund me - so that I can raise some money for this wonderful organisation! Go fund me link in my bio.
Times are tough at the mo, so if you canāt afford to donate please help by sharing my page to reach more people!
Many thanks

I hear these words about 5 times a week āoh god, sorry I forgot to shave my legsā š¤·š¼āāļøladies, letās clear something up...we donāt care! š¤·š¼āāļøAs soon as you lay on that couch we are mapping muscles, looking at alignment and working out what muscle group we need to tackle first for the best results. The last thing on our mind is how hairy your legs are! And no, they arenāt spikey to massage over! So you see, thereās really no problem! Just relax and enjoy your massage, the only thing about your legs you need to worry about, is me getting into that ITB!š .

Lots of poorly clients this past few weeks so Iāve been using my trusty throat and chest balm on them. It smells amazing!
Donāt forget you lovely mamas, whilst you might not be able to call in sick like before, itās still SO important to look after yourself when you are unwell.
ā¤ļøRest when you can, even if that means calling in reinforcements- it isnāt extravagant to get some rest, itās essential!
ā¤ļømake sure you drink plenty of water - remember that dehydrated bodies canāt fight germs as well as well hydrated ones.
ā¤ļøthink about your food as you would medicine. If you have a cough/cold you want to cut down mucous forming foods like sugar, wheat and dairy and eat foods that will help you to fight the lurg. Lots of green veg, and anti viral ginger, garlic, turmeric and onions. Try and up your vitamin c too!
ā¤ļødonāt forget the power of a good old fashioned steam inhalation. A good old fashioned bowl of very hot/just off the boil water with a towel over the head (please be very careful with the water) or you can run the shower hot in the bathroom and wait for the room to steam up and then sit in there with a cuppa and a book. Try using a few drops of eucalyptus, ravensara or cajeput in the water so that it evaporates into the steam.
ā¤ļøif your cough and cold isnāt shifting, try visiting a salt cave - you can google your nearest one. Salt has fantastic anti inflammatory properties and can really help with lots of respiratory issues. And on that note - have Epsom salt baths too! Theyāll help to pull out the lurgy that sits in the joints and will give you a good dose of magnesium! And a bath is a good way to press pause and have a rest- win win!
