When pain is always there, and people ask you: how are you? And you say: oh I am great, I feel great!
And they think you had no pain in that momentâŚ
It is ok, they donât need to know, they donât need to understandâŚ
Some time ago, I used to feel I was lying, but with time I accepted that I am feeling great, it is not great in their point of view or judgement but it is MY GREAT! I donât have to tell them or explain that my great is with pain in all my joints and brain-fog and IBS issues on a daily basis.
Sometimes I feel fudging FANTASTIC because I have no migraine on that day or I feel less bloatedâŚ
My way of feeling amazing is different but it is still amazing! âşď¸
Streching is a challenge.
Donât know about you guys but I hot hurt and lost part of my mobility from not knowing my stretching limits. So, be careful. Stretching is important but know your limits.
Also, morning/ lazy stretch is dangerous for me. I dislocate something in my neck many times from this. I think it is the tendon. Anyway. I hope you guys are able to find your limits and challenge the slowly not to gee hurt.
Sending love to all.

Breathe and Bloom
Inflammation isnât just physicalâitâs emotional too.
Breathwork, gentle fasting, magnesium cream, and mindful eating have helped reduce the burning inflammation that often comes with fibromyalgia.
Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is slow down, breathe deeply, and trust your bodyâs rhythm.
If youâre navigating pain, you are not alone. You can heal gently.

Nourish to Heal
Managing inflammation has become a big part of my journey with fibromyalgia.
One thing thatâs helped me deeply is using food as medicine:
⢠MCT oil and extra virgin olive oil for healthy fats
⢠Nigella seeds (black seed) for immune support
⢠Chia, turmeric, ginger, and spirulina for calming inflammation
Itâs not about perfection. Itâs about listening to your body and choosing nourishment.
Every step counts.

Start with One Sip
Gentle tip from my healing journey:
Every morning, I drink warm water with turmeric, ginger, and cayenne pepper. These humble spices are powerful anti-inflammatories and have helped soothe my body over time.
Small daily rituals like this really add up.
If youâre living with chronic pain or fibromyalgia, start with one sip.
You can do it too.

Not Perfect, But Progress
I donât always get it right. I still have flare-ups. I still need rest.
But Iâve learned how to care for myself with gentleness.
Fibromyalgia taught me that health isnât about perfection â itâs about attention.
And when I pay attention to my breath, my food, my nervous system⌠something shifts.
Hope grows.
Healing begins.
This path is possible. One day at a time.
Nourishing My Way Forward
I used to feel helpless in my own body some days.
Then I found power in what I could do â like adding chia seeds, turmeric, good oils, and magnesium-rich foods to my daily routine.
I learned that fasting can calm the chaos inside.
And I started to feel⌠different. A bit lighter.
Thereâs still pain â but now thereâs also purpose.
If youâre lost, try nourishing yourself from the inside out.
Small steps, real change.
A Letter to My Past Self
Dear Me (from before the pain got big),
Itâs going to be hard. But youâll learn so much.
Youâll discover that even when movement hurts, stillness can heal.
Youâll feed your body with kindness, and it will thank you.
Youâll find moments of peace, even inside the storm.
Donât give up.
Love,
Me (today â breathing easier)

My Fibro Toolkit (Natural Edition)
Living with fibromyalgia taught me to listen deeper to my body.
Hereâs what I lean on most:
⢠Gentle fasting (when I can)
⢠Anti-inflammatory foods
⢠Natural supplements like magnesium, vitamin D3 + K2
⢠Breathwork and mindful rest
These arenât cures. But theyâre tools. And they help.
We donât have to do everything at once. One small change can open a door.
Youâre not alone.

The Power of Small Shifts
Some days, fibromyalgia feels overwhelming. But little by little, I started changing things: how I eat, how I breathe, how I rest.
Fasting gently, adding healing foods, and trusting natural supplements gave me moments of clarity, lightness, and less pain.
It didnât happen overnight â but it did happen.
If you're struggling, start with one small thing.
Maybe add a small walk to your day, 5 minutes would be good already.
You might be surprised what shifts.
You can do it too.
