✨We often feel overwhelmed by our surroundings. It can all become just too much.

Calls, obligations, deadlines, social status, responsibilities, our own negative self-talk… so many things that can pull us down.

🌟First, we shall learn to notice how we feel. Do not ignore when you feel under pressure.

🌟Remember, all these things are external. Most of what we experience as a burden comes from outside.

We can develop the habit of observing these things from a more neutral perspective. “That is that - but I am inside myself. And I feel at ease.”

✨We can learn to approach and handle our tasks and responsibilities from a softer place.

Like a cat 🐈 staying relaxed even when surrounded by noise and activity, we also can come back to that natural state of peace and serenity. With time, that can become our default state of mind and being. What a beautiful prospect! 🙏

✨That is the best present you can give yourself. Take a moment to acknowledge how it is you feel and allow yourself to soften from inside.✨

✨We can be tempted to call everyone a “friend” without distinction between colleagues, acquaintances and actual friends. We often lack the necessary precision and clarity.

🌟The fear of not belonging to certain groups and circles can cause us to paint our reality in an untruthful light.

Let’s first accept this tendency and show compassion towards ourselves when we do this. We are humans and this self-protective habit is fully understandable.

🌟Looking at things as the are and being real about how close certain people are compared to others is essential to feel aligned and grounded.

✨🙏 Remember, it is not the number of people we call “friends” that matter. It is how we deeply feel inside when connected to our own being. Learn to belong fully to yourself and there will be no fear.

✨There is something magical about nature and how each being follows its on path and timing. All have a role to play and there is never a sense of panic or rush.

🌟That sort of unnecessary anxiety which we, humans, experience, often comes from comparison. But we soon find a deep sense of peace and calm when we start to really listen to ourselves and take note of our internal sensations.

Listen to your intuition, your senses, your dreams and give yourself exactly what you need no matter other peoples’ timing, habits, perspectives. 🌟

A good advice is always good to take but the direction, the tempo and rhythm of your own life shall comes from within 🙏

✨Wherever you go, whatever you do, it is the intention and how we move along that matters.

It how we do whatever we do that defines everything, creates purpose and joy.

👉Whatever goal we set for ourselves does not really matter… as long as that goal allows us to go deeper, face challenges and grow step by step.

✨No need for extraordinary ambitions✨

So, pick a direction, a goal, then detach yourself and do not focus on the final result.

✨Focus on how it feels on the way, what you can learn from challenges you get exposed to, observe the thoughts that come to you and how these thoughts may evolve on the way. ✨This will soon become the most wonderful journey✨🙏

✨It is all a matter of perspective✨ success like anything else is, or rather should be, something personal.

Comparison is the worst enemy.

What is an achievement for one, may not be the right path for another… and that’s okay.

We are all unique and in our unique way, we define what matters. We may have the tendency to project our own aspirations and hopes on others.

That can create misunderstandings and take away the chance to really get to know the other person and appreciate their “uniqueness”.

✨We may want that which someone else is doing or what the other has, not because that thing really matters to us, but rather, just because it seems that this person has attained some sort of succes/contentment or a purpose in life which we are currently missing.

What we in fact may be envious of is the feeling of satisfaction, contentent, or maybe a fulfilling passion.✨

These moments of space and emptiness happen to all. And we shall learn to embrace these moments instead of trying to run away from them.

These are times to redefine who we are, what we want, what’s important and then, through small steps, to start moving in that direction. 💫

Instead of trying to copy someone else’s life, let’s learn to embrace these moments of doubt and see them as blissful. Let’s allow ourselves to see the opportunity in the emptiness and new space created.✨✨✨

It breaks through mud, is not soiled by it and blooms to reveal its wonderful colors and beauty. Even if we may be facing hard situations each day, it does not define our worth. It is through challenges and perseverance that we shape ourselves and grow to reveal our full potential 🪷
