Hey, active moms and adventure seekers!
Last month, we embarked on an unforgettable 21-kilometer journey along the stunning Seven Sisters Cliffs, from Seaford to Eastbourne. It was a day full of breathtaking views, laughter, and connecting with nature.
Starting early in Seaford, we paced ourselves through rolling cliffs and scenic coastal paths. Each step revealed another spectacular view of the English Channel, with the crisp breeze energizing us as we made our way past iconic landmarks like Beachy Head.
Hiking isn’t just about fitness—it’s about recharging your mind, sharing moments with friends, and challenging yourself. We’re all busy moms, but taking time for adventures like this reminds us of our strength and resilience.

I’m passionate about hiking and exploring the outdoors, but my journey doesn’t stop there. I’m also deeply interested in self-development and training, both personally and professionally.
