There’s a certain energy to Isaac’s classes that’s hard to explain until you’re in it. Strength-led movement, immersive playlists, moments that pull you completely out of your head - somewhere between a workout, a reset and a Friday night shift in mood.
With a background spanning PT, strength coaching, yoga and sound, his classes challenge you physically while still feeling grounded, intentional and deeply connected.
He brings an approach to movement and restoration that feels dynamic, rhythmic and impossible to label properly.
