What NOT to do after your appointment with me… 👀💉
DERMAL FILLER
– No touching, pressing or massaging the area
– Avoid intense workouts for 24–48 hours
– No alcohol on the day (yes… even just one)
– Skip saunas, steam rooms & excessive heat
– Avoid makeup on the treated area for at least 12 hours
ANTI WRINKLE INJECTIONS
– Don’t lie down for 4 hours post treatment
– No gym or heavy exercise for 24 hours
– Avoid rubbing or applying pressure to the area
– Skip facials, saunas & heat exposure for 24–48 hours
– No alcohol immediately after treatment
Results are built on aftercare just as much as the treatment itself.

A snippet of a wholesome Easter weekend!
It’s not often we get some time off to both relax, spend some time together and truly wind down.
The weekend was full of fresh air, lots of outdoor walks and more coffee ☕️☕️
How did everyone spend their weekend?

Men need skincare too. No exceptions.
Skin health isn’t just about looking good, it’s about investing in your confidence and long term results.
From medical grade skincare tailored to your skin type, to skin boosters that restore hydration and improve overall quality, subtle treatments can make a powerful difference.
No overdone results. Just fresher, healthier skin.
Because great skin isn’t just for women, it’s for anyone who wants to look and feel their best.

“Dr Natasha, I am getting married in 2026, where do I start?”
A question I get asked so often in clinic! Prepping brides with a bespoke treatment plan is one of my favorite things to do!
I’ve been there, it can be a super stressful time, so allow me to look after YOU! 💍
Here is a breakdown of what I would recommend. Please also remember everything is bespoke to each individual, so a consultation is always needed.
Sometimes the most professional thing an aesthetics doctor can do… is say no.
As practitioners, our responsibility isn’t simply to perform treatments because a patient asks for them. It is to assess, advise and always act in the best interest of the patient.
If you already have enough volume, adding more filler is not the answer. In fact, overfilling can compromise natural facial balance and long term results.
Great aesthetics is not about doing more. It is about doing what is right.
As an aesthetics doctor, I would never take someone’s money just for the sake of it. Honest advice and patient safety will always come first.
Because the best results come from restraint, expertise and integrity.
Let’s talk peptides 🧬
You’ve probably seen them everywhere in skincare… but what actually are peptides, and why are they such a game-changer for your skin?
From supporting collagen production to improving skin repair and resilience, peptides are one of the most powerful ingredients in modern skincare when used correctly.

The best part?

thoughts on longevity medicine…
Aesthetics and longevity medicine go hand in hand and here’s why.
True aesthetic outcomes aren’t just about how the skin looks today, but how it functions and ages over time. When we support the body from within, optimising hormones, metabolic health, inflammation, nutrition and cellular function the skin responds accordingly.
Longevity medicine allows us to move beyond short-term fixes and focus on long-term skin health, resilience and vitality.
It’s a more holistic, preventative approach that aligns perfectly with modern medical aesthetics.
Because the goal isn’t just to look good now, it’s to age well, feel well, and maintain skin quality for years to
come.
