If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I’m passionate about questioning what we put into our bodies. That doesn’t mean rejecting modern medicine it means using the right tool for the right situation. But for the everyday coughs, bumps, bites, teething, travel, tummy bugs, and those little family emergencies… I’ll always reach for homeopathy first.

As someone who created SUDS around the philosophy of Heal, Not Harm, that matters to me. I don’t believe we should expose ourselves or our children to stronger interventions than we need, especially when there are gentler options that many families have relied on for generations.

My go-to is the Helios Basic 36 Remedy Kit. It contains 36 of the most commonly used homeopathic remedies, each supplied in a small glass bottle with around 35 lactose-free organic sucrose pillules, making it a brilliant kit to keep at home or take away on holiday.

It’s one of those things I genuinely think every mum should have in the cupboard.

Do I think homeopathy replaces emergency medicine? Absolutely not. If someone has a serious injury or life-threatening illness, modern medicine saves lives and I’m incredibly grateful for it.

But for everyday family health, I choose the gentlest approach first.
