The best part? You literally whisk everything together, pour into a muffin tin, top with cheese, and bake. That’s it!
🧀 Ingredients
* 6 large eggs
* ½ cup heavy cream
* 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
* 2 tbsp chopped green onions
* ½ tsp garlic powder
* ½ tsp black pepper
* ¼ tsp salt
* Butter or oil for greasing the muffin tin
👩🍳 Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Grease a 6-cup muffin tin.
3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in the cooked sausage, half of the mozzarella, half of the cheddar, and most of the green onions.
5. Divide the mixture evenly between the muffin cups.
6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar over the top.
7. Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the eggs are set and lightly golden.
8. Let cool for a couple of minutes, then enjoy warm!
