John.H.Potter studied Archetecture in London and relocated to Australia in 1956, where he went on to build and design homes, to great critical acclaim, in and around Melbourne. After retiring and becoming a Grandfather, John, did charity work as a "Patch Adams wellness clown" at hospitals and festivals, which inspired him to reignite and explore his creative side further. After nearly 10 years in the art-studio, at the grande age of 78 he is now ready to publicly share his original creative designs and art pieces with the world. Deeply inspired by classical literature, great music, spirituality and life's great unknowns ... John Potters artwork can intrigue the viewer again and again with fresh nuances, newly noticed, each time your eyes return to its meditative stare. One of the practical benefits of Johns designs and artworks is that they come in "families of design"-where there is a strong theme linking a collection of individual works. So, one picture can link to another-thus allowing the art buyer to create their own designs at home out of several individual works grouped together.
