Arriving back in the UK and reflecting on the last 10 days… what a holiday!

St Lucia, I think you stole a little piece of my heart. From sunshine and crystal clear seas to boat life, laughter, and unforgettable moments, every day felt like a dream.

Pigmentation is a year round commitment, not just something to think about when the sun comes out.

That being said, the summer months and holidays are when pigmentation is most likely to flare up, so protection becomes even more important.

My non negotiables? A good hat, Large sunglasses, SPF every single day

I’ve just come back from 10 days in St Lucia and, whilst I’ve managed to keep my pigmentation largely at bay, I have noticed a slight flare up. And honestly? That’s completely normal.

Pigmentation is an ongoing battle. No matter how good your skincare routine is, or how diligent you are with your homecare, the skin can still react to heat, UV exposure and environmental factors.
