HOUSE OF ERRORS
Good morning, brethren. I awoke this morning to discover that I exist in a country where truth is elusive.
In a nation where those you consider friends are, in fact, the greatest obstacles to your progress.
In a country where people wish you suffering instead of joy,
In a country servitude instead of mastery,
In a country death instead of life.
It is distressing to think that those you call friends are capable of betraying you. Nevertheless, one thing brings me solace. I know that my Redeemer lives, and I will emerge victorious.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT ▢
In a hostel accommodating 100 individuals, akara and pap were served for breakfast every morning.

Eighty out of the 100 residents disliked the meal and complained daily, expressing their desire for something different.
However, the remaining 20 residents were satisfied with the meal.

To address the issue, the warden introduced a voting system where residents would vote for their preferred meal each night. The meal with the highest number of votes would be served the following morning.

Every night, the 20 residents who enjoyed akara and pap voted unanimously for it.
In contrast, the 80 residents who did not like it failed to unite, casting their votes in different directions:

18 votes for tea and bread,
16 votes for yam and egg sauce,
14 votes for jollof rice,
12 votes for spaghetti,
10 votes for indomie,
and 10 votes for moi moi and pap.

Predictably, akara and pap consistently emerged as the winning choice.
This outcome was not due to its superior quality but rather the disunity among those who opposed it.

In Nigeria, many citizens are weary of the persistent hardship, poor governance, and recycled leadership.
We are well aware of the root causes of these problems.
However, even those who desire change are fragmented along tribal lines, party affiliations, personal interests, ego, and ambition.

The year 2027 may seem distant, but it is rapidly approaching.
If we fail to learn from this story, we risk waking up to another round of the same unsatisfactory "meal" we have been served for years.

The World Bank has projected that poverty in Nigeria will continue to rise until 2027.
This projection serves as a warning, and the harsh reality is that if we miss the opportunity presented by 2027, the situation may only deteriorate further.

This message serves as a reminder:
THERE'S POWER IN UNITY, NOT JUST IN NUMBERS.

A united minority can be more formidable than a divided majority.
Reflect on this truth.

A new Nigeria is possible.

“Don’t hate the Nigeria Police Force and its officers. You can dislike the attitudes or misconduct of a very few ones who tarnish the profession. When you meet many of the officers of the force, you will love them and appreciate the force better.” Yes, I agree with you sir, many of them have carried out a lot of despicable jobs that has made the public to hate them. Many have killed and condemned innocent citizens because of Naira. Please, this country is yearning for a Nigeria police that will be free from exploitation, bribery, corruption, and killing of innocent citizens.

Wike withdraws from PDP reconciliation agreement, attributes party crises to Makinde. 25th May 2025. The PDP is a troubled party; what else can be expected from Wike but to decline their terms and conditions? However, Wike demonstrates wisdom in recognizing that accepting those terms would undermine his influence within the APC led Government and River State.

WHAT A COUNTRY IS THIS?
BREAkINGS
According to Sahara Reporter,
the Nigerian government has filed criminal charges against Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan over statements she made on national television alleging a plot to assassinate her.
The details of all the charges are still sketchy, but one of them is linked to the allegations she made during a live broadcast on Channels Television’s Politics Today, on April 3, 2025.
During the interview, she accused Senate President Godswill Akpabio and former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello of plotting to have her assassinated.
The charge sheet, obtained by SaharaReporters, shows the Federal Republic of Nigeria listed as the complainant in a case filed before the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, with Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan as the sole defendant.
The government accused the senator of "making imputation knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm the reputation of a person," citing Section 391 of the Penal Code Law, Cap 89, Laws of the Federation, 1990. The offence is punishable under Section 392 of the same law.
Can someone explain this to me?

An open letter to the former Governor of Anambra State, Mr. Peter Obi.
I, Mr. John Nelson, a citizen of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, am writing to express my disappointment regarding the Vice Presidential slot offered to you by former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, on May 21, 2025.
After the humiliation I endured alongside millions of Nigerian youths who eagerly awaited the Independent National Electoral Commission's announcement of your presidency in the 2023 General Elections, only to be let down by the Commission, it is disheartening to learn that you are considering accepting the Vice Presidential position.
I must emphasize that Nigerian youths are preparing to reject the following ills in 2027:
- Poverty
- Poor quality of education
- Poor quality of healthcare
- Terrorism
- Kidnapping
and other societal problems.
If you are no longer comfortable with the Labour Party, I suggest you either join another political party or reform the Labour Party. Be assured that Nigerian youths are solidly behind you, sir.
Long live the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Long live Nigerian youths.
Long live Mr. Peter Obi.
