Salisbury Support 4 Autism are looking for 3 Support workers to join our team in Sutton (SM2) and Wallington (SM6).
This is a full-time role supporting individuals with autism in their day to day lives a really rewarding opportunity to make a difference.

Requirements:
- Full-time availability
- Previous care or support experience is desirable (but not essential)
- A positive, compassionate approach
- Have full right to work in the UK,

When it comes to supporting autistic adults, what matters more to you – consistency or flexibility?

There’s no single right answer, and it can look different for everyone.

Autistic adults don’t usually struggle because they lack motivation.

They struggle because systems are confusing, inconsistent, or inaccessible.

When services are clear and predictable, people can focus on living, not coping.

There’s a common myth that once someone becomes an adult, they need less support.

For many autistic adults, the opposite can be true. Adult life brings new systems, expectations, and pressures.

Support needs don’t disappear, they change.
