This lovely lady didn’t like the dip in her upper white lip caused by tooth loss and subsequent alveolar bone loss after having a tooth extracted. It created a visible depression – a marked line in the supporting soft tissue.

We used a soft filler in this area to restore the area and give a softened appearance of the concavity. Superficial lines in the nasolabial area (nose to smile lines) were also treated.

Treating the obicularis oculi (upper and lower eyelid muscles) lines (Crow’s feet) with anti-wrinkle treatment.

The aim is to soften lines, not to eliminate movement and “freeze” patients, to give natural-looking results.

Results typically last 3-4 months with minimal downtime.

0.4ml cheek augmentation (to balance symmetry and create lift),
1ml nasiolabial fold (smile lines from the sides of the nose to the corners of the mouth),
and 1.4ml for the chin and peri-oral (around mouth) area to project the chin anteriorly and downwards to give a lengthening and slendering effect, and to provide support for the corners of the lips for a lifting effect respectively.

Some redness and swelling post-filler, which settles by 24 hours.
