Stephanie is an experienced nutritionist and official The Institute for Functional Medicine practitioner. She is currently studying to become a Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity with the National Centre for Eating Disorders.
Stephanie’s personal experience of emotional eating and the ongoing struggle to find the right support led her to our shared belief that diets alone are not the solution to a happy relationship with food.
Stephanie is passionate about combining the science of nutrition with behavioural coaching to motivate and empower her clients. She can work with you to help you lose weight while developing a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food and your body.
