Super Nature

A wonderful week finding my Super Nature! Bottling essences is always a joy and I can't quite believe it's my work!

This week has also been about me gently getting to know my new area. I was lucky enough to start volunteering nursery, planting little baby rowan trees, which will eventually be planted across Greater Manchester!

Also I've been wanting to get to wild w**d medicine workshops for ages, and was a wonderful evening meeting horsetail and chickw**d.

Also slowly venturing into Heaton Park and Prestwich Clough. Knowing I'm going to be living here for some time, it's the beginning of a beautiful relationship!

Realising more and more how my own (Super!) Nature needs to take things slowly, needs spaciousness. Needs Nature obviously! Quite a packed week for me, but I'm feeling my new beginning gently taking form. Looking forward to slowly settling and seeing any new Super Nature developments reveal themselves......

Tomorrow I'll be in Haydock for the fabulous sharing some Super Nature Vibrational Essences, just to top off a wonderful week. Looking forward to seeing all of you who can make it!

GORSE (From "Messages From the Bach Flower Remedies:An Oracle Book)

I am here to teach you that by entering the darkness, the gloom, hope is not lost. You may sit in these periods of despair to the point where they feel so familiar, you almost can’t remember how it felt to see the light, to feel uplifted.

But there is a point to these places. Once you are within them you can shine a light on what magnetises you to these pits of despair. Are you afraid of failure? Of not being enough? The world feels too heavy? By going to these dark places, you go to the roots of your unconscious fears. But these are fears. Not realities. There is no hope within these fears. But there is hope within yourself and in fact all around you. But it is hard to uplift yourself when the fears are calling you, hypnotising you. I ask you to sit in this place of gloom with new eyes, a new perspective. Are these fears really serving you? What is their purpose? Bring compassion into these gloomy thoughts, these unfounded fears. Do not reject them, embrace them as part of you. An expression of yourself that wanted to be found and noticed. But this expression of yourself can be changed with attention. Changed to a more useful thought. Feelings of hope and transformation CAN follow, and gratitude towards yourself for exploring the deep, dark caves within.

 RESISTANCE TO HEALING – GORSE

 But I can’t! I try – but it’s all too heavy! It’s all too much!  Then don’t try to escape it! sit with your feelings gently and honestly. Have patience and compassion with yourself. Ask questions. Why am I here? You might find inner wisdom and insights by asking these questions. Or equally you might hear the doom and gloom of your deepest subconscious. Because I deserve to be. Because I fail in life. Because my life is hopeless.  Examine these statements. They want to be heard, examined, changed and reframed. This is true healing.

Back home after a magical trip to Buttermere and ticked off a bucket list of seeing the Rannerdale bluebells! I hit the jackpot with the weather, and it was so beautiful it looked unreal!

I've been quiet on here for a while. Partly as I'm rarely in the mood for sharing on social media and I prefer real life sharing and trusting timing and synchronicity! But also because life has been throwing challenges, changes and moving home! Lots of endings, moving from Old Trafford and a postcode I've lived in for 21 years. A new life in North Manchester, with more green and quiet, and I now live in a church! In recent times I've been supported deeply by Peace Essence, helping me with overwhelm and stress through a very intense time.

But now it's Transform Essence time! Transform really works with you where you are at.... its such a multidimensional essence. For me, at this time, its been helping bring all parts of me to my new present, helping me update my energy with all the changes I've experienced. And preparing me for my new future that is only just beginning! It's the first essence I made in the Super Nature range and I really love its diversity in how it can support our journey through life. I usually feel the energy when I take essences due to being a sensitive person, (it still is doing its thing whether you feel it or not), and every time I take it something different occurs in my energy!

I am here to teach you the lesson of love and compassion. There are many injustices in our world. Many hurts, betrayals, abuses and the like. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Sometimes good things happen to people who have lied and cheated their way to the top. Many reasons to be angry. Many reasons to cause jealousy.

This anger can maybe be justified in a desire for justice, a desire for change and equality. A call for action. If the changes can be made then this anger or envy can be the catalyst needed to put the change into action, which can move us into a place of love and peace. But what if this change cannot happen? Then we are left with anger, which can move into bitter hatred. Wishing for revenge or bad fortune for our enemies. A complete absence of love. And what does this achieve for ourselves? A cocktail of emotions that engulf us, clouding our perceptions to make the world and ugly, hateful place. We may have been justified in our anger originally, but if it festers within, all we are doing is poisoning ourselves.

The remedy is love. Loving our enemies. This is not condoning our enemy’s behaviour. It is not settling for abuse and injustice. We can still see clearly what is unjust. We can just love whilst looking. This is true compassion. To be in every circumstance with love in our heart. Not contributing to the problem with hate but easing it with love.
 
 
 
RESISTANCE TO HEALING – HOLLY
 
But I hate it and I’m so angry! I cannot let this go.  Maybe you can’t let it go, but maybe you can be connected in a state of love and compassion rather than anger and hatred. Easier said than done, but it is truly the only answer that can contribute to the solution in a positive way. You will only hurt yourself, and possibly others if you operate from anger, jealousy and hate.
