1️⃣ Fresh pigment oxidation
Right after the appointment, the pigment is freshly implanted and sitting close to the surface. It hasn’t oxidized or settled yet, so it appears darker and more intense.
2️⃣ Skin healing process
As your skin starts healing, it forms a thin layer (like a light scab). This makes the brows look even darker and thicker for the first 3–7 days.
3️⃣ They will soften
Around days 7–14, the brows will flake and lighten by 30–40%. The color will look much softer and more natural once fully healed.
