Our skin is a wondrous thing, it’s our body's largest organ! We spend an obscene amount of time obsessing over it’s condition and the way it looks - and even more so when it tends to act in a way we don’t understand.. 😓
Keratosis Pilaris is a harmless skin condition that affects arms and legs with small rough bumps. It’s affectionately ( 🙄 ) called ‘chicken skin’ which will give you an idea of the skins texture when you have the condition.
Keratosis pilaris occurs when dead skin cells and a protein in the skin, called keratin, build up and block the hair follicles. These show up as tiny red or white bumps.

The month of July also marked Hyperpigmentation awareness month, and for this month we have a variety of products that treat and conceal hyperpigmentation!
The truth is no one should feel less confident in their skin because of hyperpigmentation, it’s a natural skin condition and with continued use of the right products it’s possible to be gone for good!
