Little update regarding our lash infills 🤩🤍

Since opening in 2012 we have only increased our infill prices by £1.50 😱😱However, over the years our overheads have gone up phenomenally and our profit on this treatment has continued to shrink🥲

After checking local salon prices, most lash infills now range between £30–£40, with prices around our level usually only offered by beginners.

We previously had two prices for infills (2–3 weeks and 3–4 weeks). We originally introduced this to encourage people to return sooner for an easier, quicker infill. However, what we’ve found is that people often just book the cheaper option regardless of how long it has actually been. We do not have time to check up on everyone and alter appointments.

To keep things simple and fair for everyone, all infills will now be one set price of £29.50, which is the same as our current 3-4 week price.

As always, anything over 4 weeks will require a new set. By this stage most lashes have grown out, and applying new lashes close to the root can cause damage and also make the lashes look untidy much quicker.

Any infill appointments booked after 4 weeks will be politely cancelled and rebooked as a new set.

This small change helps us keep lashes on our treatment list, as we really don’t want to have to stop doing lashes altogether.

These changes will come into effect from the new tax year, any pre booked appointments remain.
