I'm hooked on cottage cheese pancakes, so easy to make and keeps you feeling full throughout the day
250g cottage cheese
40g quick oats
1 banana
1 egg or 60g of egg white
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Blend together until smooth, oil your pan (I use avocado or coconut oil in a spray can) Cook on a lower heat and be patient as they take awhile to fully cook through. Makes 4 pancakes, great for meal prepping!

Protein Poke Cake:
Recipe: Make a protein mug cake
Poke holes in it
Pour SF Jello on it (filling holes)(mix per package directions)
Refrigerate until set
Mug cake recipe option:
1 pack/scoop of vanilla protein powder
1 egg
1 T flour of choice
1/2 t baking powder
Milk or water to make cake batter consistency
Microwave for 1 minute
Use bowl with flattest bottom for best results
Serving suggestion:
Top with SF whipped cream
