Classes begin with body awareness exercises which then build into progressively challenging movements. Each movement has an easily remembered name to aid memory and performance. These individual movements are then choreographed into flowing sets - sequences where the body learns to quickly and gracefully change direction and flow whilst maintaining the key elements of CADO along with the appearance and feeling of effortless grace. Caron Doyle's CADO Movement System is the physical culmination of a lifetimes study of 'body methods' taken from her early training in Classical Ballet and her successive study and coaching in Chinese Kickboxing, and the Ancient Art of Bagua Zang. – Ancient systems which have long demonstrated their ability to impart a heightened sense of physical awareness and an innate grace to the body.
