For my graded unit, I developed and created “Gracie”, an original ageing television character inspired by the world of Still Game. The project focused on character-driven TV ageing makeup, combining technical ageing techniques with storytelling and performance design.

Gracie was designed as a humorous, warm and outspoken character who quickly becomes Isa’s closest friend — known for her love of gossip, lively personality and strong presence within the community. Through this project, I explored realistic ageing application, character continuity, and the relationship between makeup design and narrative development within television production.
