Hello Lovely Humans!
I know I’ve been super quiet on here, but behind the scenes I’ve been plodding on. 🤣
Today I am at Audlem Fete, so if you’re local it’d be lovely to have a chinwag.

Live Sale Info 💗

💫 What? We’ve set up our table (like we would if we were attending market) and you’ll be able to drop in, ask us any questions and see what we have available. There will be some live sale giveaways, plenty of giggles and no doubt there will also be some mess ups - so feel free to have a laugh at our expense. 😂
💫 Who? Hollie & I 💃 💃 (double trouble), lately it has just been me doing lives, but I much prefer it when my little sister can join me!
💫 How? If something catches your eye you can claim it. The first person on our screen to claim the item is the person that gets it- so if you have your heart set on something you’ll have to be quick. 🤪 If you do order from us, on Monday I will send you an invoice via email and then we’ll package it up and send it on it’s way to it’s new home. Moons, Moons, Moons! 🌙
These beauties are super high quality pink amethyst.
Pink Amethyst was only recently discovered (2019) and occurs when Hematite enters into the crystalline formation of the stone.
It has a very feminine energy and I’ve have found it really helps me to dispel negativity. 💪

It’s HUG season again! 🤗

Did you know?
Hedgehogs symbolise self-protection! They also signify intricate self-work, such as overcoming your challenges and finding your true purpose.
So when you find yourself retreating (something that I’ve been guilty of ), remember that your inner hedgehog is reminding you to take time to figure it all out. That’s what I am telling myself anyway. 🤪
On a personal level, most of you know that things have been tough for our family this year and I want to thank you all for being so understanding. ♥️
P.S. In my head I’ve named them Hagrid, Horace & Hermione (sorry not sorry) 🦔🦔🦔

Life has been a little rocky of late here at Sunbeam HQ, but we’re still here!
It’s funny, I’m a big believer in the ol’ mantra ‘everything happens for a reason’ and I can honestly say that despite having one of the toughest years to date - I do feel stronger than I ever have before.
Some of the things that have been keeping me (just about) sane are:
🐾 My doggies - They keep my heart happy
🍄 Medicinal Mushrooms - Turkey Tail & Mushroom coffee have become a daily ritual - are my choice
🌞 The Sun - Vitamin D is unbelievably underrated
🥦 Eating Well - A daily green juice is where it is at
🌸 Flowers - The dahlia bed is starting to bloom

Trigger warning - this post talks about loss & grief 💜
A few weeks ago now, I was sat here in the same spot writing an Instagram post as my mum called my grandma in the other room.
Immediately, I got the sense that something was wrong. It’s indescribable but I just knew.
We called an ambulance en route and arrived at the same time as the paramedics. Grandma had suffered a severe stroke and was taken to hospital.
Despite a long night turning into early morning, we were hopeful.
Unfortunately, despite the success of the thrombectomy Grandma wasn’t recovering.
After a week, she was placed on palliative care and later passed away.
Grandma we miss you. 💔
We are proud of how brave and how fiercely independent you were.
I still can’t comprehend that we will never see and speak to you again.
Since this happened, I have struggled to write on here - I have tried several times but I just couldn’t find the words or maybe it was because I was reliving the emotion of that night.
We are still trying to get back to some semblance of normality but I know Grandma wouldn’t have wanted me to bury my head in the sand.
She was always very supportive of Sunbeam and would’ve wanted to see the next chapter. ☀️
Our family would like to thank everyone at Leighton & The Royal Stoke Hospitals - particularly those of you who worked on the the stoke wards and the paramedics that tended to our Grandma. Your care and tenderness will never be forgotten.
Always tell your loved ones how much they mean to you.
