Back to Basics... Back to Where My Heart Belongs ✨

Sometimes life takes us on unexpected paths, and recently I made the difficult decision to close my business and explore a new direction, including my passion for Wedding Celebrancy.

Whilst that exciting journey may still be ahead, I have realised just how difficult it is to leave behind the foundations of where it all began.

Over 12 years ago, I trained in Reflexology and Reiki, and since then I have continued my professional development through ongoing, open-ended CPD, constantly learning and deepening my knowledge. These therapies are not just treatments I offer—they are part of who I am.

So, after much reflection, I have decided to return to my roots and continue offering both Reflexology Holy Fire® Reiki and Access Bars as regular treatments from July onwards limiting my appointments to mornings only.

Appointments will be available:

Morning appointments only from 8.30am.

Final Access Bars® Class Before September ✨

After much thought, I have decided that I will not be renewing my Access Bars Facilitator licence when it expires in September.

My journey is taking me in different directions, and I am choosing to follow where I am being guided, trusting the gentle sway of the Universe as it leads me forward. This path is allowing me to focus more on teaching and sharing Reiki, while continuing to support others through my holistic work and other opportunities coming my way.

This means that I will be offering my final Access Bars class before my licence expires. If you have ever thought about learning this wonderful modality, now is the perfect opportunity.

This decision has not been made lightly.

Many of you know that over the past few weeks I have experienced the heartbreaking illness and loss of my beautiful Mum. As I have navigated my own journey of grief, reflection, healing, and growth, I have found myself looking at life through different eyes.

Since Mum's passing, I have noticed signs, messages, and opportunities that perhaps were always there, but in the busyness of life I simply didn't see them. Looking back, the path seems so clear, yet sometimes we become so focused on where we think we should be going that we fail to notice where life is gently guiding us.

As we walk through life on our individual journeys, our destiny is often right in front of us. Sometimes we simply need to stop, listen, trust, and follow the path that is unfolding before us.

This is what has led me to begin training as a Wedding Celebrant. It feels like a natural progression and one that speaks deeply to my heart. I am incredibly excited to embrace this new chapter and to help create meaningful, memorable ceremonies for couples on one of the most important days of their lives.

Many of you have also asked whether I will be offering Funeral Celebrancy. The answer is yes, eventually. However, at this moment it is still far too raw for me to undertake that training. I know it is something I feel called towards, but for now I am taking one step at a time and allowing myself the space to continue healing.

I would like to thank every single one of my clients and followers for your continued support, kindness, loyalty, and encouragement throughout the past 12 years. You have been such an important part of my journey, and I am deeply grateful for each and every one of you.

Whilst my role is evolving, I am not saying goodbye to Health & Wellness. I will continue offering treatments, although in a slightly different way and with more limited availability as I balance my training and future plans.

Thank you for walking alongside me on this journey. I am excited to see where this next chapter leads and look forward to continuing to support and connect with you all.
