🌿 Meet the Face Behind Nomad Holistic Healing – Sarah 🌿

Hi, I’m Sarah, the heart and soul behind Nomad Holistic Healing.

My journey into holistic wellness and yoga began a few years ago when I joined a local yoga class with friends. What started as a simple way to move and connect quickly became a passion. Inspired to learn more, I studied reflexology, and from there, everything just fell into place!

I took a leap of faith, leaving my full-time corporate job to dedicate myself to holistic treatments and wellness retreats. In January, I traveled to India to complete my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT)—a life-changing experience that challenged me physically and mentally but left me feeling more inspired than ever.

For me, embracing a holistic lifestyle goes beyond just movement—it’s about balance, healing, and overall well-being. And now, I’m here to share that journey with you!
