The consultant is really happy with my progress and it’s comfortable to work so I am officially back at work.

Apologies for those I had to cancel, but I hope most of you have managed to find a slot now.

Well… this definitely wasn’t on my 2026 bingo card.

I’m heartbroken to share that yesterday, while walking to the start line of a race (yes, the irony isn’t lost on me), I tripped and fell, I have broken my shoulder into six pieces.

I’m currently in hospital in Birmingham and, understandably, won’t be working this week. I’ll be in touch with a plan for next week once I know more — it will all depend on surgery, pain levels, and movement.
