Those of you who know me well know that I love helping & being there for others.
For those who don't know me yet for over 40 decades I have worked in health & health education and have many hats.

But then came illness, I continued to help others until I needed the help off others myself.

I have a string of chronic & autoimmune conditions . I have lived a turbelant life at times, we all do.

Due to not working and conditions terrorizing my physical body my mental help declined and in October 2023 just out of the blue in stepped the breakdown😭.

The reason behind The Health & Wellbeing Pod is that I find a good percentage of women who are suffering daily with health in the physical body and mental health issues.
