Over 20 years of living with chronic fatigue and I still get frustrated when I can’t plough on with things. But I’ve learnt to not expect myself to have the same capacity each day and have got better at accepting self imposed deadlines can wait. And when I can’t push the business forward, I can still do embroidery. As I always say “there is always something you can do”
