❗ PRZECZYTAJ PRZED WIZYTĄ❗

1. PUNKTUALNOŚĆ
Proszę o przychodzenie na czas. Spóźnienie do 5 minut jest w porządku. Jeśli spóźnienie przekracza 10/15 minut, wizyta może zostać odwołana, w zależności od mojego grafiku. Jeśli wiesz, że się spóźnisz, daj mi proszę znać — nawet krótka wiadomość bardzo ułatwia mi organizację dnia. Proszę też, żeby nie przychodzić wcześniej niż 10 minut przed wizytą, ponieważ nie mam poczekalni.

2. ODWOŁANIA I DEPOZYT
Wizyta może zostać odwołana maksymalnie 24 godziny przed terminem.
Jeśli nie dostanę informacji na czas i był wpłacony depozyt, przepada — nie ma wyjątków.

3. ZDROWIE I BEZPIECZEŃŚTWO
Zawsze powiedz mi o alergiach, przyjmowanych lekach, chorobach i przeciwwskazaniach. To naprawdę kluczowe, bo wpływa na twoje bezpieczeństwo i trwałość stylizacji.
Jeśli czujesz, że dopada cię infekcja — poinformuj mnie wcześniej, wtedy wspólnie znajdziemy nowy termin.

4. PŁATNOŚĆ
Za wizytę trzeba zapłacić od razu po zabiegu — gotówką lub przelewem.
Nie rozliczam się „z domu” ani „następnym razem”, żeby mieć porządek w grafiku i płatnościach.

5. TELEFON PODCZAS ZABIEGU
Nie mam nic przeciwko, jeśli musisz odebrać czy odpisać, to żaden problem.
Ważne jedynie, żeby nie przerywać zabiegu co kilka minut, bo znacząco wydłuża to całą wizytę.

6. ODMOWA
Mogę odmówić wykonania usługi, jeśli widzę, że mogłaby ci zaszkodzić albo efekt byłby nietrwały i nie spełniłby oczekiwań.

7. REKLAMACJA
Jeśli coś cię zaniepokoi po zabiegu, masz 48 godzin, aby to zgłosić.
W tym czasie poprawki są darmowe. Po upływie tego terminu reklamacje nie są przyjmowane.

8. UMAWIANIE WIZYTY
Możesz umawiać się osobiście, telefonicznie lub przez social media.
Rezerwacja jest ważna dopiero wtedy, gdy ją potwierdzę.

9. RZĘSY PO INNEJ STYLISTCE
Rzęsy wykonane u innej stylistki. Nie uzupełniam stylizacji po kimś innym. Mogę je zdjąć i wykonać pełny nowy set — wtedy cena rośnie o 10£.

10. WPŁYW HORMONÓW
Ciąża, okres czy zaburzenia hormonalne mogą naturalnie pogorszyć retencję. To normalne i nie świadczy o jakości zabiegu.

11. PIELĘGNACJA RZĘS
Przychodź z czystymi rzęsami i bez mascary.
Jeśli rzęsy wymagają dodatkowego mycia, doliczam 10£, bo muszę poświęcić więcej czasu.

12. OSOBY TOWARZYSZĄCE
Przyjdź sama. Nie mam poczekalni, a dodatkowe osoby utrudniają pracę.
Wyjątek tylko po wcześniejszym ustaleniu.

13. INFILL
Standardowo infill wykonuję po 2–3 tygodniach.
W wyjątkowych sytuacjach po 4 tygodniach — pod warunkiem, że zostało minimum 40% rzęs.
Jeśli jest ich mniej, traktuję to jako nowy full set.

14. DEPOZYT
– 20£ przy full setach i laminacji (kwota wliczona w cenę)
– 10£ przy infillach

15. PARKING
Na miejscu dostępny jest darmowy parking.

Korzystanie z moich usług oznacza automatyczną akceptację tego regulaminu.

❗️ PLEASE READ BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT ❗️

1. PUNCTUALITY
Please try to be on time. A delay of up to 5 minutes is absolutely fine. If you are more than 10/15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled depending on my schedule. If you’re running late, please let me know — even a short message helps me organise the day. Please also avoid arriving more than 10 minutes early, as I don’t have a waiting area.

2. CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSIT
Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
If I don’t receive notice on time and a deposit was paid, it is non-refundable — no exceptions.

3. HEALTH AND SAFETY
Always inform me about allergies, medications, health issues, or contraindications. This is very important for your safety and the longevity of your lashes.
If you feel unwell or have an infection, let me know in advance so we can reschedule.

4. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately after the appointment — cash or bank transfer.
I don’t accept “I’ll pay from home” or “next time” — this keeps scheduling and accounting clear.

5. PHONE DURING TREATMENT
It’s fine if you need to answer or reply to a message.
Just try not to interrupt the treatment every few minutes, as it significantly extends the session.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
I may refuse to perform the service if it could harm you, or if the result would be unsatisfactory or short-lived.

7. COMPLAINTS
If you notice any issues after your appointment, you have 48 hours to report them.
Within that time, corrections are free. After 48 hours, complaints are not accepted.

8. BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
You can book in person, by phone, or via social media.
Appointments are confirmed only once I have personally confirmed them.

9. LASHES DONE BY ANOTHER TECHNICIAN
I do not refill lashes done by another stylist. I can remove them and apply a full new set — this adds £10 to the price.

10. HORMONAL INFLUENCES
Pregnancy, period, or hormonal issues may naturally affect lash retention. This is normal.

11. LASH CARE
Please come with clean lashes and no mascara.
If lashes require extra cleaning, an additional £10 fee applies as more time is needed.

12. GUESTS
Please come alone. I don’t have a waiting area and extra people make the session harder.
Exceptions only if agreed beforehand.

13. INFILL
Infill is normally done every 2–3 weeks.
In special cases, up to 4 weeks — only if at least 40% of lashes remain.
If less, it is treated as a new full set.

14. DEPOSIT
– £20 for full sets and lamination (included in the price)
– £10 for infills

15. PARKING
Free parking is available on site.

How long your lashes stay in perfect condition doesn’t depend only on me as your lash technician – a big part of the result also depends on you. That’s why it’s important to know what affects the outcome and how to care for your lashes.

💛 What depends on me:

– Lash selection – I choose each set individually: the right length, thickness, and type are key to making sure your lashes stay strong, look natural, and beautiful.

– Application technique – Precision and attention to detail are crucial. This ensures each lash is securely attached to your natural lash, keeping the effect longer-lasting.

– Materials – I use trusted adhesives and high-quality lashes. This is essential for a safe and durable result.

💛 What depends on you:

– Aftercare – The first days are the most important. Avoid rubbing your eyes, hot water, sauna, and oil-based makeup removers. This directly affects lash longevity.

– Regular infill – Ideally every 2–3 weeks, to replace fallen lashes and maintain a full, flawless look.

– Gentle handling every day – Even small habits like rubbing your eyes, sleeping on your stomach, or heavy makeup removal can shorten the lifespan of your lashes.
