Another few no-shows this week. This is absolutely not acceptable anymore.

It’s not just inconsiderate — it’s unfair. When appointments are missed without notice, it wastes my time and directly impacts my income, as I’ve turned away other clients to hold that slot.

From today, I will only be taking on new clients by referral from my existing clients.
