Energy healing. Sound healing. Women's circles. For the mama, the burnt out, the quietly broken. Returning November 2026.

People ask me what healing looks like and I think they expect some elaborate answer.
It's not. It's actually really simple.
It's time on my own, genuinely on my own, not just in the same room as everyone else but mentally carrying them all. It's my zen den, a candle lit, incense burning, music on low. It's my journal open in front of me and just writing it all down without editing it or making it make sense.
It's breathing. Properly. The kind where you actually feel your body again.
It's meditating — not perfectly, not for long, but consistently enough that I've started to recognise what calm actually feels like in my nervous system.
None of it is dramatic. None of it costs much. But all of it is non-negotiable now.
Because I spent a long time thinking I didn't have time for any of it. And what I've learned is that when I skip it, everything gets harder. I'm shorter, I'm heavier, I'm further away from myself.
This is my reset. This is what brings me back.
What does yours look like?
You don't need more positive thinking.
You need a nervous system that actually feels safe enough to think positively.
Here's the truth nobody's selling you, you can repeat affirmations until you're blue in the face.
You can journal. You can vision board. You can say I am worthy into the mirror every morning.
And if your body is still stuck in survival mode, none of it will land.
Because positive thinking isn't a decision. It's a result.
It's what happens after your nervous system stops bracing for impact. After your body exhales. After you finally feel safe enough to believe that good things are actually allowed to happen to you.
So how do you get there?
You stop trying to override how you feel — and start working with it.
You slow down instead of pushing through.
You breathe before you respond.
You notice the tension before it becomes a spiral.
You give your body what your mind has been desperately searching for — safety.
And from that place?
Positive thinking doesn't feel like a performance anymore.
It feels like the truth.
This is the work I do with women every sin
gle day. Not toxic positivity. Not pretending. Real, rooted, lasting change — from the inside out.
Does Reiki actually work?
Yes. And I say that as someone who was sceptical once too.
I didn't come to energy healing through blind faith. I came to it through burnout, through a body that was screaming at me, through trying everything else first.
And then something shifted.
Not in a woo-woo, hard-to-explain way. In a *I slept through the night for the first time in months* way. In a *the anxiety that had been sitting in my chest just... lifted* way. In a *I cried and didn't even know why but felt lighter after* way.
Science calls it the relaxation response. It calls it nervous system regulation. It calls it a reduction in cortisol.
I call it coming home to your body.
Reiki works because your body already knows how to heal. It just needs permission. It needs stillness. It needs someone to hold space while it remembers.
I've sat with women in my sessions who came in tightly wound and left soft. Women who hadn't cried in years. Women who said "I don't know what just happened but I feel different."
That's not placebo. That's your body doing what it was always designed to do.
So yes. Reiki works.
The question is, are you ready to feel it?
