Upton Yoga Hi my name is Rachel and I do local yoga classes in Upton.
Hatha and Vinyassa style flows suitable for all levels.
Location depends on the class, exact directions will be sent depending on class you book.

I had so much fun getting bendy with the little people today. We made each movement both fun and imaginative, bringing the named animals from each asana to life in our practise. Today we incorporated tiger and snake sounds amongst others.
I'm finding an increasing number of children absolutely love yoga! They're so engaged it's inspiring!
Was considering starting a class which was fun and imaginative especially for children. Would anyone be interested in this class for their little ones?
