Ankle Mobility 🦶🏼

Something that is alot of the time overlooked in everyday life as well as sport.

This client was having problem with their lower leg, most but not all of the problem was referred from the ankle.

Problems that can occur from poor ankle mobility include:
▫️Achilles Tendonitis
▫️Plantar Fasciitis
▫️Strained/ Pulled calf muscles
▫️Issues with hips, knees and even lower back
▫️Sporting performance affected

Regular maintenance treatments can help this as well as working on your mobility, moves and stretches at home.
