In just six weeks of training together, Matt’s smashed his goal of losing weight around the waist and hips while also building muscle and looking more confident in key areas like his biceps, chest, and legs. The numbers speak for themselves:

• Left bicep: 37 cm ➡️ 39.1 cm
• Right bicep: 36.8 cm ➡️ 38.4 cm
• Chest: 104.8 cm ➡️ 106 cm
• Stomach: 101 cm ➡️ 100.4 cm
• Hips: 101 cm ➡️ 100.8 cm
• Left thigh: 57 cm ➡️ 60.9 cm

Absolutely incredible changes across the board — and all in just a month and a half.

Of course, it’s not just down to what we do in the gym. Matt’s been running regularly, nailing his nutrition, and sticking to everything with 100% consistency.

He’s now off on holiday — feeling fitter, stronger, and more confident in his body. Exactly what he set out to do.
