Glow and Grounded

Collectively lately i really feel like a lot of us are in a season of expansion.
Ive been feeling it in my clients,in my own energy and in my buisness.

The thing about expansion though is it asks us for something,we cant carry the same habbits,beliefs,cycles,patterns and sometimes even people with us into our next chapter and sometimes what we are holding onto isnt the actual thing itself but what it means if we was to finally let it go...

For me personally this has looked like letting go of the fear of being seen. Recently i shared my burn out story, something i would have overthought and worried about how it would of been taken but actually it resonated with so many other people, and it was a reminder that the more i show up authentically and follow how i feel the more i create a space for the people who are supposed to find me.

Expansion isnt always about doing more, sometimes its releasing the fear that has been keeping us small.

I remember a time when i was getting pulled in every direction by a chaotic current and thinking once i get to this rock i will be able to breath and it will be okay...

Your fighting with every single bone in your body to catch yourself on this rock you manage to take a breath and then the current just goes again🌊

Burn out and overwhelm carrys a huge weight that i feel has got lost a little.. its more then just being tired.

If you have been with me from the start you will know i have pcos, adenoymosis and suspected endo (something i dont often talk on) and living with chronic health conditions and struggling with the burn out that comes with them kick started me to further my reiki knowledge and learn in depth womb energy healing.

I found reiki at probably the biggest part of my burnout life, carrying grief,guilt and trauma reiki truly was my rock in the river.

Aswell as the burn out and survival mode that comes with motherhood,post partum and everything else.

So when asked what i do and why i do it?
I work with women who have hit a wall and need a space to breath, to put it all down. Together we work to get you from burn out to regulated into a safe nervous system, we remember who you are beneth it all and give yourself permision to be held.

Because i was her to. I get it. 🤍🌀🔮✨️❤️

I made multitasking a huge personality trait and wore it like a badge of honour👑

It wasnt.
I called it coping.
I was so proud to be so organised and on it.
But it was costing me so much...

It was just another sign of living in constant overdrive

And now, a reiki master in a world where we are somehow expected to shrink ourselves into soft,floaty,versions of spirituality.
But thats never been me.
I grew up in a place where you didnt learn to be delicate, you learnt to have a backbone.

I just cant spiritually bu****it, im a mum to 2 wild kids, hectic family life.
Im terrible at baking yet great at holding space for energy healing.
Can always be the one to cry, laugh way to loud and my face will always say what i think ( no matter how hard ive tried to change)

I love a meditation when i can,
but will always find 2 mins for a cup of tea to reset before the chaos starts again.

Im a reiki master who doesnt fit the aesthetic and im actually alright with that.

No hate to the aesthetic spiritual world, if anything big respect but it just doesnt feel like me🤍
