SZN Nails and Beauty

I used to wish I was fully booked, but I wasn't ready for the reality of what that meant. Years ago I'd literally do the most to be fully booked & when some strategies didn't work I would demotivate myself. This led me to be very inconsistent. Being fully booked comes with some sacrifices aswell for a solo service provider too, for me it was the lack of eating properly, loss of passion, fatigue, back pain etc.

I'm not that strong for that kind of hustle. Not my aspiration. I've had to re-centre myself. Reframe how I think & show up daily. These days I do nails for fun. I provide a service for the love of making people happy. Doing nail content moves me. When I'm not fully booked I always have something to do with my passion.

Even without any dependents yet, I still push myself for more and pray for more clients/collaborations/opportunities. But at my own pace, it's refreshing to get to this stage where I can allow myself to enjoy the journey.

The beauty industry is always going to be there. I think when we focus on our craft & maintain a positive attitude then great things will happen.
