“Bring out the sass”- From Beyonce to Dua Lipa, Salford dance sessions promote body positivity | Salford Now Curves & Confidence Dance instructors Leah and Tara are based in JD dance Studio and run a dance group every Thursday to reinforce body confidence.

This week we are closed, we are going to be doing maintenance on the studio and having a deep clean ready for classes in September. We will be back open next Monday 30th August 🙌🏼🎉🤍 see you all then and enjoy your week x
