My lovely lady came to me and she had a balayage done last year which she didn’t want she wanted highlights, more of her natural colour and less blonde. After she went elsewhere and had a full head balayage she didn’t trust anybody with her hair again. She came across my page and this is the first sitting I’ve had with her hair and got her “what she wanted straight away” (which was her words!)
