Yesterday, I had the most wonderful festive colour analysis session. I was welcomed into the most gorgeous family home, full of life and love. ❤️

She’s wearing those trousers again???

Yes, yes I am. And that’s the point isn’t it. We need normalise it. It’s ok to re wear your clothes! It’s more economic, it’s less wasteful and blimey does it help with getting ready and feel less overwhelmed by mountains of clothes! 🤪

Doesn’t mean to say you can change it up. I’ve never worn this particular outfit before. A simple plain white T-shirt and those trousers, a slick of Full Panic by Pat McGrath and a hot pink coat - casual, comfortable yet put together - ready for a special husband and wife double colour analysis today. 💕

What do we think - time to get some new trousers!!? 🤣🤣

Back to it today with a colour analysis session this morning. I pulled this outfit together with one question…

I’m a big fan of block colours and tonal dressing - understanding your season and your best colours can give you a massive advantage in knowing what colours to pull together.

Sunday: Day of Red! ♥️

I’m a little tired today after a full day of painting and decorating yesterday. I need a little energy boost so, red it is! 💪

My new silk top, some fun Oliver Bonas earrings and a slick of my Mac Red - Ruby Woo! (My clients will be familiar with the Mac Reds 😉) and I’m ready for a colour analysis appointment this morning!

Ah this colour analysis from a few weeks back still fills me with joy.

Mum and daughter colour sessions really are the best. We also had the third generation 4 year old in the mix - she was such a great little helper! 🤩

I love the moment in a colour session when my clients unlock the language and knowledge for why things do and don’t work for them.

My client described it “it incredibly empowering” and it really is. 🤩

I’m off to do a wardrobe edit today with a lovley client of mine. Looking forward to a cathartic cleanse, restyling and creating a list of where the gaps might be.

Seemed an appropriate day to wear my neon pop LOVE jumper. The softest, comfiest sweatshirt I’ve ever owned by the lovley independent sheffield brand .brights.

These lovley sisters have sadly decided to close the business. Sourcing ethical and organic materials, designing and hand printing all of their item is a beautiful but tough proposition.

I’ve always been a massive fan and items that I have bought for myself and the kids are still going strong years later.
